Insurance Claims

Your Homeowners Insurance could potentially pay for your roof!

Most homeowners are not aware that wind and hail damage are covered under their homeowner’s policy. Signs of wind damage on a roof include loose or missing shingles, curling or peeling issues, granule loss, damaged soffit or fascia and indoor leaks. Hail damage includes holes or dents in your shingles, broken windows, cracks or holes in your siding and dented gutters. These issues can be catastrophic.

We make The process simple

File Claim

Once we have inspected your property and identified any damage and or missing shingles, we can help you file a claim with your insurance.

Insurance Adjuster Inspection

Your insurance company will schedule a time to send out an adjuster and inspect your property. We will meet with your adjuster that day to make sure they see what we see. It is very important that we are present for this portion as it can help to expedite the process. We make sure Idaho’s building codes and manufacturers’ specifications are all being adhered to.

Insurance Estimate

Your insurance will provide you with an estimate. Once you have that estimate, we do a very thorough review of it to make sure everything necessary is included to bring you back whole again and paid for by your insurance. This ensures you pay as little out of pocket as possible, which is usually just your deductible.

Once your claim is approved, your insurance company will send you a portion of the funds to pay for the material.

Schedule Repair

We will meet with you again to decide on a color and material, then get you on our schedule.

On the day of installation, our project manager will oversee the project to make sure all goes as smoothly as possible.

Bill Insurance

Then once the roof is complete, we will bill your insurance and they will release all remaining funds to you, minus your deductible.

We will provide you with all warranty paperwork and do a final walkthrough with you to make sure everything is up to the highest standards.

After that, enjoy your new roof!
